The Clear Potential program is for the ambitious who want to develop themselves as leaders and advance themselves in their career.

For the talent – seeking company:

Clear Potential assist companies to identify employees who have what it takes to move into more senior roles in the organisation. It facilitates the development and documentation of succession plans and then develops the leadership skills and performance of individuals who have been earmarked as successors. This program is also offered as a part of the Clear Culture program. Clear and effective succession leads to clear and effective culture.

Participants are individually coached using the Emotional Strengthâ„¢ methodology, allowing them to remove the barriers to accessing their potential and having this translate into business outcomes. Programs are offered in 6 month or 12 month options and succession planning workshops are facilitated by a qualified organisational psychologist.
